Custom Spec & Homes
We have two spec home construction categories, the pre-sale and public-sale. In the Pre-sale category we are able to slightly alter the specification sheet of the house before we submit it to our architects for final designs as well as making changes to colors, material choice on our design board. In our public-sale category we design and build spec homes based on unique concepts we and put them up for sale in the market.
